Shanghai WTL Welding Equipment Manufacturer Co., Ltd. owns a total area of 25.000 m2 in Shanghai Pudong DIstrict, located halfway from Sh-anghai city center and Pudong International Airport. Headquarters and secondary manufacturing plant are based in this area and they are featu-ring the most advanced manufacturing equipment, workshops and assembly lines.

SMT

The SMT workshop employs more than 40 highly skilled workers span on 3 m-ain lines. Each line is made of imported equipment from Germany (ERSA) and Japan (JUKI). SMT output is up to 2000 pcs/day.

METAL PROCESSING WORKSHOP

Our Metal Processing Workshop suppl-ies semi-finished products not only for welding related products, but also act as independent supplier for diverse ap-plications such as food industry machi-nery, railways, electrical, etc. All the ma-chinery is imported from Germany (Tru-mpf/Bystronic) and Italy (Gasparini).

POWDER COATING WORKSHOP 

Powder Coating Workshop is provided by GEMA, one of the leaders in the area of electrostatic powder coating systems.

ASSEMBLY LINES

Our 11 assembly lines are split into two production plants and we can guarantee a remarkable output of 350.000 units/year. At the end of the lines strict tests are carried out on 100% sampling, going through aging test, no-load and load test.
